Via a thorough inspection and maintenance schedule, Powerline povide a safe, uninterrupted supply on every job.
Powerline’s generator stock use twin fuel Racor systems to provide higher filtration and reliability from the outset. To further ensure each unit’s reliability, our dedicated technicians perform a full service on each Powerline generator after every 350 hours of run-time, this is above the industry norm.
Powerline’s generator maintenance is typically undertaken in-house, or for longer hires, we can arrange a flexible on-site service at a time that suits you.
On top of testing, inspecting, and verifying upon each installation, all of Powerline’s electrical systems undergo an annual Portable Appliance Test (PAT) and machine testing, and every product is subject to a manual and visual inspection prior to delivery.
Schedules and test records of all Powerline stock are available on demand.
Powerline’s maintenance schedule is carried out with full attention to our green policies.
The electricity used to perform annual PAT Testing is supplied by our Wind and Solar units, and where possible, we recycle all by-products of our rigorous stock service program. We take great pride in achieving high standards, without wasting natural resources or damaging our environment.
